enGen is looking for an Associate Technical Analyst to support the technical aspects of the application product lifecycle within a defined scope. You will use your judgment to collaborate with customers, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and analyze data to ensure quality delivery while building foundational organizational and platform knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Work with senior team members, customers, and engineers to assist in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of deliverables including business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user interface design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology development projects across various stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Support requirements testing activities, including test plans and defect management, to minimize production defects and analyze customer impacts.
- Ensure compliance with required standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, assisting with requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, status reporting, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, a related field, or relevant experience/education as determined by the company.
- Information Systems or Technology experience.
- Basic analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual and access requirements.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience.
- Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Team & Environment
You will work with more senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers.

This is an onsite position based in Harrisburg, PA.
