Umdasch Group is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to drive growth in interior construction and energy-efficient refurbishment. You will be responsible for acquiring new major projects and managing the complete sales process from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers for major projects in interior construction, construction management, general contracting, refurbishment, and energy-efficient renovation.
- Execute the complete sales process independently, from acquisition and quotation to closing.
- Develop and manage a strategy for new customer acquisition.
- Take responsibility for the customer development phase.
- Open up new markets.
- Conduct active market analysis.
What We're Looking For
- A sales personality with a commercial or technical education.
- Extensive experience in sales, for example as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager.
- Very good market knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
Nice to Have
- Good spoken and written English language skills.
