Voyage Privé is seeking a Senior Business Developer for Spain to spearhead our expansion in the Spanish market. Based at our campus in Aix-en-Provence, you will be responsible for developing strategic hotel partnerships and creating exclusive promotional campaigns, driving growth through deal-making and account management.
What You'll Do
- Search for and secure exclusive hotel promotional campaigns each week, ensuring they meet revenue targets and help expand the company's portfolio.
- Negotiate the best promotional deals for Voyage Privé members.
- Proactively assist in campaign execution and development to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and other departments to maximize campaign performance.
- Research market performance and trends within your assigned area.
- Analyze direct and indirect competition.
- Monitor internal performance indicators.
- Maintain successful relationships with partner hotels through regular meetings, calls, and interactions.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and present the business model in meetings and video calls.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the tourism sector.
- Strong negotiation skills, confidence in supplier relationships, analytical ability, autonomy, and team spirit.
- A strong commercial mindset focused on meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in another language.
- Specific experience in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
