Händlerbund Management AG is seeking a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in a modern, digital-first e-commerce environment. You will be a key player in expanding our customer base and shaping our product development.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers proactively and build lasting business relationships.
- Implement planned sales campaigns for existing customers to contribute directly to revenue development.
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction through personal and continuous support.
- Use customer and market feedback to further develop products within the Händlerbund group.
- Analyze customer requirements precisely in conversations to tailor offers more effectively.
- Create individual offers and coordinate their implementation from first contact to successful conclusion.
- Communicate predominantly via phone, video call, email, or chat using modern channels efficiently and professionally.

- Remains capable of action under pressure, thinks in options rather than obstacles, and keeps the goal in view.
- Absolutely confident expression in German (at least C1 level). No problem conducting customer conversations in English.

Work Mode
