About the Role

You will be responsible for expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by managing the full sales cycle and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH market
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Deliver product presentations and tailored solutions to prospects
  • Forecast sales performance and report on key metrics
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures effectively
  • Support onboarding of new enterprise clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal product teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing accounts
