Pakajo GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager im E-Commerce (m/w/d) to drive our growth by expanding our customer base. You will join a dynamic team with a startup spirit and international focus, dedicated to our mission of helping e-commerce businesses worldwide reduce shipping costs and optimize processes. Your core responsibility will be identifying leads, contacting potential customers, presenting our software, and closing deals to build long-term business relationships.
What You'll Do
- Identify leads and manage them in our CRM system to expand the customer base.
- Contact potential customers primarily via phone and email.
- Present our software solution in virtual meetings.
- Acquire new customers and build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Shipping, and Fulfillment & Warehousing to meet customer requirements.
- Create regular reports on sales activities and results for management.
- Understand the needs of prospects and customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings on sales activities and results.
What We're Looking For
- First professional experience in sales.
- Fluent German and very good English skills.
- Experience in sales, particularly in cold acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Team player with self-motivation.
- Willingness to participate in a paid onboarding in Hamburg.
- Willingness to participate in regular on-site meetings at the office in Hamburg.
- Reliable work towards targets with self-motivation and discipline.
