RETITO GmbH is looking for a Media Buyer | Paid Media Manager to manage paid advertising accounts and drive growth for our clients. Our culture operates like a hybrid between a management consultancy and a marketing agency, focusing on the unique needs of start-ups and scale-ups in e-commerce.
What You'll Do
- Manage client advertising accounts on Meta and TikTok, serving as the primary point of contact for all Paid Social questions.
- Develop result-oriented strategies to achieve client goals and define KPIs for monitoring, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC.
- Identify untapped growth opportunities through data analysis aligned with client strategic goals.
- Collaborate with client contacts to develop workflows for the continuous production and testing of new creatives.
- Engage in regular training and explore new channels, formats, and approaches to improve marketing performance.
- Develop into a team leadership role in the Paid Media area in the medium term.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Media Buying on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Holistic understanding of online marketing from Paid Social to Paid Search.
- Experience managing advertising accounts with at least 50k Ad Spend per month.
- Proven skill in tracking and data analysis using GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager or equivalent.
- Experience handling data feeds and product catalogs.
- Excellent English language skills.
