BRANDCIRCLE GmbH is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our E-Commerce M&A advisory boutique. You will play a key role in analyzing customer financials and strategically shaping the sale of e-commerce businesses for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, conceptualize, and control customer financials in the millions.
- Optimize the finance and sales strategy for customers.
- Strategically and operationally shape the company sale process for customers.
- Support the sales of active customer mandates to interested buyers.
- Conduct research during the sales process, gaining deep insights into the sale of e-commerce companies.
What We're Looking For
- Practical experience interpreting profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google software environment.
- German language skills: Native speaker.
- English language skills: Fluent.
- High perseverance, ambition, and self-confidence.
- High affinity for numbers and a preference for working with them.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
