What You'll Do
- Conduct online courses for prospective language teachers.
- Teach fundamental didactic and methodological competencies for effective language instruction.
- Introduce the specifics of adult education in the language learning context.
- Provide practical exercises, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to participants.
- Co-design and further develop the training program content.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of successful teaching experience in language instruction for adults or in a comparable training role.
- Completed high-level education in adult education (e.g., SVEB 2, Cambridge DELTA, or comparable certification).
- Very good knowledge of current trends and developments in language didactics and adult education.
- Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and training beginners in a practical, hands-on manner.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with people.
