ELVTR is hiring a Sales Manager to convert pre-qualified leads into students through personalized consultations. You'll join our mission to elevate the standard of online education by using consultative selling techniques to understand client goals and recommend the best course options.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential clients through phone and online communications to understand their educational needs.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions.
- Keep a well-organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track sales progress using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to provide a smooth client journey.
- Surpass monthly sales targets while positively impacting the overall success of the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- A strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Comfortable with CRM software and familiar with sales tracking techniques.
- Capable of working independently and efficiently managing time in a remote environment.
- An enthusiastic and proactive mindset for tackling challenges and reaching goals.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience ideally with high-ticket items or in the education technology sector.
