Kohl's is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our AI Voice Agent product within the insurance brokerage market. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and onboarding, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Contact potential customers in insurance brokerages and agencies via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Convince decision-makers of the solution's value and manage the sales process through to deal closure.
- Support customers during onboarding and help them set up and use the 'Tina telefoniert' product.
- Contribute ideas on scaling our sales efforts effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to proactively approach prospects, argue purposefully, and present professionally.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
- Fluent spoken and written German—clear, friendly, and convincing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or InsurTech startups.
