Caiz is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our cryptocurrency and blockchain company. In this role, you will define and execute the company's long-term strategy, drive growth and innovation, and build a leading position at the intersection of blockchain technology and ethical finance principles.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategic plan for the company.
- Drive innovation and expansion strategies to establish the company as a leader in blockchain and crypto.
- Oversee fundraising efforts, investor relations, and partnerships with venture capital firms.
- Manage the company’s financial health, including budgets and revenue models.
- Ensure adherence to global cryptocurrency regulations, including AML, KYC, and SEC compliance.
- Collaborate with legal teams to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, risk management, and security in crypto transactions.
- Develop key partnerships with exchanges, financial institutions, and blockchain developers.
- Represent the company in public forums, media engagements, and industry conferences.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or Senior Executive in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, Web3, and digital asset markets.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting cryptocurrency and fintech businesses.
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and scaling a business.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
