About the Role

This position is responsible for creating and managing learning programs that support the development of the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and enabling scalable growth through targeted educational strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement onboarding curricula for new sales hires
  • Develop ongoing training modules to improve sales techniques
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using various formats
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through performance metrics
  • Update training content based on feedback and results
  • Support the rollout of new sales tools and processes
  • Coach managers on reinforcing learning in daily operations
  • Create self-paced learning resources for team members
  • Monitor industry trends to inform curriculum updates
  • Facilitate workshops on product knowledge and customer engagement
  • Track learner progress and completion rates
  • Integrate feedback mechanisms into training cycles
  • Align learning objectives with sales KPIs
  • Use data to refine training strategies over time
