CompHealth / CHG Healthcare is hiring a Sales Leader for our Advanced Practice division. In this role, you will lead and motivate a sales team within CompHealth Allied, driving results while embodying our core values and Putting People First culture. You will be responsible for coaching, hiring, developing the team, and initially working a sales desk to gain a thorough understanding of our business.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales results consistently with CHG’s core values.
- Participate in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Create and implement growth and development plans for sales team members and/or leaders.
- Coach and mentor through weekly one-on-one meetings, side-by-side coaching, role-playing, and other activities.
- Report daily and weekly on team performance to senior leadership.
- Conduct individual performance appraisals and take needed action regarding progress and results.
- Prepare, analyze, and translate team sales reports regularly.
- Initially work your own sales desk to obtain a thorough understanding of our business.
What We're Looking For
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence a sales team.
- Strong sales mentality with a proven track record of growing, managing, and maintaining a book of business.
- Minimum of one to five years leading people and/or leaders, preferably within a sales capacity.
- Minimum of two years in direct sales of products or professional services.
- Professional-level written and oral communication skills.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- One to five years of experience in the staffing industry.
- One to five years of experience selling in the healthcare industry.
- Staffing or recruitment experience.
Team & Environment
You will lead a sales team within the CompHealth Allied division, reporting directly to senior leadership.

- Compensation: $72,000 – $192,000 annually.
