Inventive Food Technology is hiring a Contract Manufacturing Manager NA to lead the development and execution of contract manufacturing capabilities for our Ingredients business. In this pivotal role, you will manage new manufacturer start-ups, oversee product transfers, and ensure day-to-day production activities meet our high standards.

What You'll Do

• Drive projects related to the evaluation of new toll manufacturers, new product transfers, and new equipment installations at manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate between Sourcing, Legal, and other internal stakeholders for contract entry, maintenance, and exit strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all internal audit needs for SHE, Quality, and Finance.
• Manage contract manufacturing performance to meet expectations in Product Quality, Service, Cost, and SHE.
• Establish, monitor, and hold suppliers accountable to key performance measures.
• Continually explore and execute on options to improve competitiveness, including creative options in and out of existing locations.
• Lead the development of a new product introduction process for contract manufacturing operations.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Manufacturing.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in process cost estimation and project justifications.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Project management skills, including influence and leadership.
• Understanding of Ingredients Operations, Supply Chain function, Assets & Product Portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across locations, functions, and divisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• IACCM Supplier Relationship Management Certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or Black Belt preferred.
• APICS CSCP certification.

You will coordinate several internal functions including SHE, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology, Legal, Sourcing, and business units to ensure success with our tolling partners.
