Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Project Director (Data Centre) to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center developments, with a focus on hyperscale and greenfield projects. This strategic role requires deep technical expertise and exceptional stakeholder management to deliver complex, high-value infrastructure projects across diverse geographies.
What You'll Do
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and greenfield data center projects—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Champion safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all phases of development.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental standards.
- Conduct project closure activities, including final review of project’s financial performance and documenting lessons learned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery.
