Trane Technologies is looking for a Sales Leader to be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals for gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share within an assigned geographic territory. You will serve as a mentor and coach to team members, utilizing effective development tools to nurture individual growth and create advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activities.
- Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance to meet sales goals.
- Effectively use employee development tools to mentor and coach the Account Manager group, ensuring continued individual development.
- Establish, monitor, and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching, focusing on metrics like Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development.
- Develop the district business plan with leadership and management teams.
- Build and maintain key industry relationships within local markets, including strategic builder alignment and vendor representatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of a degree, or an Associate’s Degree (AA).
- Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.
- 5+ years of sales and leadership experience.
- A valid Driver's License in State with no major or frequent traffic violations (such as DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, or Reckless/Careless Driving) within the previous 1 year.

- Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
