Alan is looking for a Sales Graduate to join our structured 18-24 month program designed to launch a successful career in sales as a Business Development Representative (BDR). You'll build core foundational skills, develop leadership capabilities, and specialize to prepare for future internal mobility into roles like Account Executive.
What You'll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of the BDR role: prospecting, market understanding, opportunity creation, and engaging with decision-makers.
- Develop leadership by taking on cross-functional responsibilities such as recruitment, coaching newcomers, leading training sessions, and managing projects.
- Specialize in either prospecting large accounts (more complex and strategic) or SMEs, conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a Master's degree from a business school, with up to two years of professional experience.
- Show a strong interest in sales.
- Be enthusiastic, driven by our company mission, and eager to share its ambition.
- Be a team player, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be eager to learn and grow into new roles.
- Be based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris or Bordeaux.
