Zurich Canada is looking for a Sales Expert III to drive growth in our property and casualty insurance products and solutions. In this role, you will strengthen relationships with key clients, actively manage agents, and generate value through expert advisory to contribute to the company's development and market positioning.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Renew and expand an existing portfolio.
- Actively manage agents: recruitment, development, performance tracking, and commercial support.
- Collaborate with technical and service areas to guarantee integrated solutions and agile customer service.
- Participate in tenders, strategic negotiations, and development of agreements with promoters and brokers.
- Meet commercial objectives, compliance policies, and Zurich quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in consultative sales within the insurance sector with solid experience in property and auto lines.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, key performance indicators, portfolio management, client prospecting, data analysis, and sales closing.
- Skills: Time management, effective communication, active listening, proactivity, conflict resolution, commercial leadership, and results-oriented focus.
