Wireless Support is hiring a Sales Executive to own a new-business quota and close high-ROI deals for managed mobility services. You will primarily target home and field service companies with 30–1,000 employees across the U.S., generating your own pipeline and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to handoff.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and solution design through quote, close, co-implementation, and handoff.
- Generate pipeline via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, networking, and partner channels.
- Leverage support from offshore BDRs and Marketing to create meetings and accelerate pipeline.
- Run sharp discovery to map business goals, quantify pain, and craft ROI-driven proposals.
- Analyze telecom bills to uncover savings and recommend optimized carrier and mobility solutions.
- Build compelling proposals and quotes using ConnectWise CPQ; present to owners and executives.
- Forecast and document all activity in our CRM (HubSpot and ConnectWise).
- Partner internally with Operations and Account Management for smooth onboarding and day‑1 value.
- Represent the brand at virtual events and webinars.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B sales within mobility, telecom, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Telecom Expense Manager (TEM), or adjacent tech services.
- Proven outbound skills (cold calling, social selling) with decision‑makers and business owners.
- Consistent quota attainment in a disciplined, KPI‑driven environment.
- Executive presence, clear communication, and strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot and/or ConnectWise) and comfort with CPQ tools.
- Ownership mindset: organized, self-directed, and effective in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
