At Stone, we are seeking a Sales Executive Hunter for Key Accounts who will act as the primary strategic partner for the region's most influential business owners. Your mission is to conduct deep business diagnostics to design and implement growth strategies, connecting clients to an ecosystem of advanced solutions in finance, software, and management.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build and present proposals tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Manage the portfolio of key accounts for the region.
- Maintain an excellent ongoing and post-sales relationship.
- Analyze market competition and trends.
- Participate in daily morning meetings to outline plans, goals, and share learnings.
- Deliver an excellent service experience to our clients.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with B2B consultative sales, focusing on key account management.
- Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to build and present value propositions to executives.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Focus on planning and organization.
- Availability to work onsite.
- Knowledge of CRM and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of our ecosystem: Experience in the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software will be highly valued.
- Completed or ongoing higher education.
