Zurich Canada is hiring a Sales Executive - Agents to spearhead the development and growth of our agent network. In this role, you will provide personalized coaching, commercial advice, and support, strengthening relationships and promoting customer service excellence to raise sales performance and quality.
What You'll Do
- Conduct periodic regional visits to support agents within the development program.
- Identify agents' specific needs and design personalized action plans.
- Provide commercial support and advice.
- Lead practical training and workshops focused on agent growth and professionalization.
- Facilitate the relationship between Zurich and agents, resolving doubts and channeling requests.
- Generate strategies to increase sales and improve customer service quality.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on agent progress within the program.
- Propose and implement improvements in processes, products, and activities based on feedback and results.
- Foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and quality within the agent network.
- Develop management reports, program analysis, and key indicators.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in insurance, primarily in auto and property lines.
- Previous experience in the development, management, and support of agent sales channels.
- Time management, effective communication, active listening, proactivity, conflict resolution, commercial leadership, and results-oriented focus.
- Availability to travel within the northeast region.
