FeverUp is looking for a Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Dopamine Land Singapore venue. In this role, you will be responsible for B2B sales, managing special events, group bookings, and private experiences. You will provide personalized customer care and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage B2B sales inquiries, both inbound and outbound, for Dopamine Land Singapore.
- Handle customer calls and emails from initial contact through to booking confirmation.
- Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations.
- Provide personalized customer care that reflects Fever’s high service standards.
- Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management.
- Support reporting processes and help structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align communication and optimize visitor satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios.
- Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment.
