Zscaler is hiring a Sales Engineer to represent the Red Canary Managed Detection and Response solution. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert working alongside Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle, creating custom presentations and facilitating tailored proof-of-value efforts for prospective customers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as technical expert working alongside Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Create and deliver custom presentations and demos that capture customer problems, solutions, and progress throughout proof-of-value efforts.
- Facilitate interactive, informative, and tailored proof-of-value efforts.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Red Canary solution, encompassing both its technology and its relevance to customer business challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer-facing or sales engineering experience.
- Knowledge of the security industry, including competitors, market needs, and trends.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, identity, cloud, or endpoint security.
Nice to Have
- CEH, CSSP, Security+, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
- Skilled with Windows and Linux command-line, comfortable configuring systems, troubleshooting, and interacting with scripts or experience with scripting languages.
- Practical knowledge of enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions, including administration, configuration, and proactive hunting through endpoint datasets.
