At CrowdStrike, a mission-driven company focused on stopping breaches, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to represent the technical depth of the CrowdStrike Platform. In this role, you will be the technical face for prospective customers in Brazil, owning the relationship through the sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor as they expand their use of our Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Onum, and Charlotte AI solutions.
What You'll Do
- Be the face of the CrowdStrike Platform for prospective customers.
- Own the technical relationship through the sales cycle and maintain it as customers expand their use.
- Provide technical value, answer questions, demonstrate capabilities, and lay out a comprehensive technical vision.
- Work closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams.
- Provide feedback on deal progress and prospect needs to translate into tangible value from the platform.
- Play an integral part in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, exploring new use cases and integrations.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR technologies.
- Experience with SOAR platforms and incident response workflows.
- Understanding of data pipeline architectures and data engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with AI-powered security tools and generative AI applications in security operations.
Nice to Have
- Comfortable with Linux and Windows troubleshooting.
- Experience with data ingestion formats and protocols.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Cloud concepts and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Orchestration and automation tools.
- Distributed data stores and data shipping services.
- SSO concepts and identity management.
- API integration and webhook configurations.
- Understanding of playbook development and workflow automation.
- Experience with AI copilots and natural language query interfaces.
- Participation in sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment.
- Comfortable in a team selling environment.
- Consultative sales approach to challenge companies to think differently.
- Strength in evangelizing technology and new account acquisition (hunting).
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter able to work independently but also team oriented.
- Excellent problem resolution skills.
