Responsibilities
- Represent the full suite of platform technologies, including Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Onum, and Charlotte AI, to potential clients.
- Lead the technical engagement throughout the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Sustain ongoing technical engagement with clients as they adopt and grow their use of the platform.
- Share customer-driven insights and requirements with Product Management teams.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by addressing inquiries, showcasing features, and articulating a unified vision for security operations, data pipelines, logging, and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Collaborate across sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering departments.
- Report on sales opportunity progress, identify client requirements, and map them to clear platform benefits.
- Contribute to the development and execution of market entry strategies, including identifying new use cases, integrations, partnerships, and cross-product opportunities.
