What You'll Do
Lead sales initiatives for high-voltage air-insulated (AIS) and gas-insulated (GIS) switchgear across Zone North, working closely with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms as well as utility providers. Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs and delivering customized technical solutions.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring timely project execution in collaboration with internal teams. Monitor payment timelines to support financial forecasting and business stability.
Take ownership of pre-sales activities including technical documentation, product positioning, and market outreach. Use Salesforce (SFDC) and Power BI for accurate reporting and performance tracking. Respond quickly to customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Hold a degree or diploma in electrical or electronic engineering
- Have at least 5 years of experience with high-voltage switchgear products
- Demonstrate strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Show ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Be available for regular travel to meet customers within the assigned zone
- Adapt to evolving business needs with flexibility and accountability
