About the Role

Epiroc Finland is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive profitable growth for its product portfolio in Northern Finland. You will be central to expanding our presence by developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing expert solutions that enhance customer productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Work extensively in the field, covering your territory through proactive visit planning and frequent travel while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Conduct operational and needs analyses to identify how Epiroc’s solutions can optimize customer productivity.
  • Prepare and manage tender documentation, quotations, and negotiations, ensuring all business processes are followed through Salesforce.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing, financing, invoicing, and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to align on customer needs and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Follow up on sales goals, create and execute an annual sales plan, and contribute to monthly reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activity in your assigned region and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Organize strategic customer meetings to assess needs across product lines.
  • Support order placement, invoicing, and logistics to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards for environmental, health, and safety regulations, and contribute to a positive team climate.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Professional proficiency in both Finnish and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within mining, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial solutions.
  • Comfort working with complex products, discussing technical details, and turning customer needs into practical solutions.

You will report directly to Kari Errko, National Sales Manager Mining Construction and Partners. The role operates within a customer-focused, innovative culture that emphasizes a positive team climate.

This is an onsite role based in Finland.
