Responsibilities
- Foster profitable growth by building strong client relationships, uncovering business opportunities, and proposing customized solutions from the company's product range.
- Operate in the field with structured visit planning, regular travel, and coordination with internal departments and external partners.
- Conduct regular site visits to both potential and existing named clients.
- Carry out operational and needs assessments to determine how company offerings can improve customer efficiency.
- Prepare and handle tender documents, quotes, and negotiations while ensuring compliance with business procedures through Salesforce CRM.
- Oversee the complete sales process including lead generation, contract finalization, financing arrangements, billing, and follow-up support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on client requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Track progress toward sales targets, develop and implement an annual sales strategy, and participate in monthly performance reviews and reporting.
- Analyze competitor actions within the assigned region and adapt sales approaches as needed.
- Plan and lead strategic client discussions to evaluate needs across various product categories.
- Assist in order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards and support a collaborative and respectful team culture.
