At GreyNoise Intelligence, we are adding a US Enterprise Sales Engineer to our team. You will support the technical components of the sales process for our enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, and drive successful engagements.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical lead during the sales process for large enterprise opportunities.
- Lead technical discovery and deliver customized product demonstrations.
- Design, execute, and support successful Proof of Values and pilots.
- Work with customers to understand their environment, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and assist in crafting technical proposals.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to capture and incorporate feedback.
- Represent GreyNoise at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture roles in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.
- Deep familiarity with threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR/TIP platforms, and incident response workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and technical decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with API integrations, scripting (e.g., Python), and tools like curl and JSON.
- Ability to present technical content to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
