The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a central role in transforming closed-won opportunities into recognized revenue by managing the end-to-end post-sales workflow. This includes overseeing client setup, purchase order tracking, order processing, and coordinating billing activities to ensure a seamless handoff between teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transition from deal closure to revenue recognition by coordinating internal processes across Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and Delivery functions.
- Maintain high accuracy in CRM data and support end-of-deal procedures to uphold pipeline integrity and reporting reliability.
- Act as a primary user of Microsoft Dynamics, resolving opportunity discrepancies, submitting post-close requests, logging support tickets, and addressing order or billing issues across systems.
- Collaborate with Finance and Billing teams to resolve invoicing challenges, remove revenue blockers, and support timely revenue recognition, particularly during month-end and quarter-end cycles.
- Prepare and maintain recurring and on-demand reports using tools like Power BI to monitor deal status, financial hurdles, and sales cycle performance.
- Use data insights to identify risks early and suggest process enhancements that improve efficiency and client experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, revenue recognition standards, and sales protocols while identifying gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including basic formula creation and data manipulation.
- Experience with CRM and financial systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is advantageous.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Enablement, or Finance.
- Proven ability to solve problems, manage ambiguity, and implement practical solutions in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Skilled communicator with strong listening and relationship-building abilities across departments and levels.
- Capable of working independently in a remote-first setting with minimal supervision.
