What You'll Do

- Maintain CRM accuracy and support end-of-deal (EOD) tasks to drive pipeline integrity.
- Serve as a key user of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) to resolve opportunity issues, submit POCRs, create and follow up on help tickets, and address order or billing concerns across platforms.
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Billing to address invoicing concerns, unblock revenue, and support revenue recognition activities—especially during month-end and quarter-end close cycles.
- Submit invoice updates and escalate exceptions as needed.
- Build and maintain regular and ad hoc reports (e.g., PBI dashboards) to track deal status, financial blockers, and sales cycle metrics.
- Use insights to proactively flag risks and recommend process improvements.
- Drive adherence to internal policies, revenue recognition principles, and sales best practices.
- Identify process gaps, propose scalable improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the post-sales experience.
