About the Role

Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative, SMB to play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships within our target customer segments in Spain. You will directly impact our bottom line by generating qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Learn from our experienced sales team and help build out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads through phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of lead generation processes, marketing activities, and prospect handoff to Account Executives.
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset.
  • Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
  • Active relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Native/fluent proficiency in English + Spanish.

  • Experience working for an HR or Fintech company.
