About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email and phone to schedule meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and maximize lead generation.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share best practices.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities and results to the sales manager.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral and marketing materials.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary information and support.
  • Ensure that all outreach activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards work and team members.
