Managed Services was looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Cybersecurity

Managed Services seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth in our cybersecurity services division. You’ll specialize in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation for enterprise and mid-market clients.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders like CISO, IT, Risk, and Compliance professionals.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track activities, deals, and pipeline stages within HubSpot.
  • Understand and communicate cybersecurity solutions including GRC, Managed SOC (M-SOC), and Cybersecurity Assurance & Risk Services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly SQL and activity targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Comfort with outbound sales and consultative conversations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, IT services, or technology sales.
  • Understanding of GRC, SOC, or security services.
  • Arabic language skills.
