Managed Services seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth in our cybersecurity services division. You’ll specialize in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation for enterprise and mid-market clients.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders like CISO, IT, Risk, and Compliance professionals.
- Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
- Track activities, deals, and pipeline stages within HubSpot.
- Understand and communicate cybersecurity solutions including GRC, Managed SOC (M-SOC), and Cybersecurity Assurance & Risk Services.
- Meet or exceed monthly SQL and activity targets.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfort with outbound sales and consultative conversations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
- B2B sales experience.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IT services, or technology sales.
- Understanding of GRC, SOC, or security services.
- Arabic language skills.
