As a senior security engineer, you'll drive security outcomes for a rapidly scaling AI-powered platform transforming industrial supply chains. You'll take ownership of identifying critical risks, guiding remediation efforts, and shaping long-term security strategy across a distributed, product-focused engineering environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end identification and resolution of high-impact security risks across production systems.
- Manage and improve tooling for application security, including code analysis, dependency scanning, and secrets detection.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and architectural reviews for new and evolving services.
- Oversee findings from pentests and bug bounty programs, ensuring timely validation and resolution.
- Own security monitoring, incident alerting, investigations, and post-incident follow-up to strengthen defenses.
Requirements
- Proven experience securing live production environments with a strong engineering foundation.
- Ability to prioritize risks and drive cross-team remediation with clarity and persistence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote, asynchronous settings.
- Experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
