Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification • Connect with potential and incoming prospects through email, LinkedIn, and telephonic communication to establish robust, meaningful professional relationships. • Leverage provided contact databases while independently identifying new potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo. • Meticulously evaluate and categorize prospects to maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential business opportunities. Sales Strategy & Funnel Optimization • Apply marketing agency insights to counsel potential clients on sales methodologies, conversion strategies, and marketing approaches. • Propose enhancements to internal sales workflows, engagement frameworks, and conversion structures. • Continuously provide strategic insights to elevate conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness. Tech Stack & Data Management • Oversee prospect interaction tracking, communication documentation, and pipeline progression within Go High Level (CRM). • Utilize Apollo for comprehensive data enrichment and Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and research. • Recommend and assess emerging platforms, automation technologies, and sales optimization tools. Collaboration & Reporting • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize messaging, outreach tactics, and campaign strategies. • Generate consistent performance analyses, outreach metrics, and strategic improvement recommendations. • Actively participate in team discussions, contributing innovative concepts supporting organizational growth. Requirements • Verified experience selling marketing or digital agency services (SEO, paid advertising, lead generation). • Exceptional English communication — superior writing, articulate expression, and persuasive communication capabilities. • Intensely self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented with genuine passion for deal closure. • Comprehensive understanding of marketing agency sales cycles, conversion funnels, and client engagement journeys. • Proficient with Go High Level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo platforms. • Proactively seeking continuous process, tool, and performance improvements. • Outstanding organizational skills with rigorous pipeline management and consistent follow-up discipline.
