About the Role

Inventi is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our next wave of expansion. You will be responsible for prospecting, driving inbound and outbound pipeline, and nurturing relationships to build long-term partnerships in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify key decision-makers in fintech using cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Balance proactive outbound prospecting with responsive inbound lead management to maximize opportunities.
  • Build strong connections with new and existing prospects, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute on strategy, campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Keep detailed records of activities in the CRM, track progress, and share insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine messaging and sharpen competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales or lead generation.
  • High-energy, target-driven mindset with a hunger to win.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or fintech.
