Inventi is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our next wave of expansion. You will be responsible for prospecting, driving inbound and outbound pipeline, and nurturing relationships to build long-term partnerships in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify key decision-makers in fintech using cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Balance proactive outbound prospecting with responsive inbound lead management to maximize opportunities.
- Build strong connections with new and existing prospects, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute on strategy, campaigns, and feedback loops.
- Keep detailed records of activities in the CRM, track progress, and share insights.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine messaging and sharpen competitive edge.
