Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound prospecting using phone calls, email, and social platforms to connect with potential clients
- Assess leads according to defined criteria and sales frameworks to ensure qualified handovers
- Investigate prospect backgrounds and organizations to tailor outreach and convey product value effectively
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities within the CRM
- Design and implement targeted outreach initiatives to spark interest and set up discovery conversations
- Work closely with sales personnel to grasp customer requirements and improve messaging strategies
- Monitor and evaluate performance indicators like call counts, conversion ratios, and pipeline growth for continuous improvement
- Engage in regular training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales practices and product features
