Responsibilities

- Assist in producing feasibility studies and cost planning documentation
- Engage in client meetings and stakeholder coordination
- Support change management processes and variation assessments
- Contribute to final account negotiations and project closeout
- Develop understanding of construction law and contract administration
- Utilize software tools for cost modeling and data analysis
- Maintain accurate project cost records and reporting
- Work under supervision while building independent technical capability
