About the Role

Support the delivery of cost consultancy services across infrastructure projects, applying technical knowledge and developing professional skills within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to project lifecycle cost analysis and value engineering exercises
  • Support the development of tender documentation and procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery
  • Undertake site visits to support cost verification and progress monitoring
  • Assist in producing feasibility studies and cost planning documentation
  • Engage in client meetings and stakeholder coordination
  • Support change management processes and variation assessments
  • Contribute to final account negotiations and project closeout
  • Develop understanding of construction law and contract administration
  • Utilize software tools for cost modeling and data analysis
  • Maintain accurate project cost records and reporting
  • Work under supervision while building independent technical capability
  • Participate in professional development programs and training
  • Support sustainability initiatives within project costing
  • Engage with design teams to optimize cost efficiency
  • Assist in risk assessment and cost forecasting activities
  • Contribute to benchmarking and cost database management
  • Support compliance with industry standards and client requirements
  • Develop technical reports and cost summaries for internal and external use
