Responsibilities
- Lead railroad infrastructure projects from initial planning to final closeout
- Coordinate with engineering teams to develop design solutions
- Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry safety regulations
- Oversee scheduling and timeline development for project milestones
- Serve as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control and assurance throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate permitting and regulatory approval processes
- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Support procurement of materials and equipment
