AllCare.ai is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline creation within our venture studio ecosystem. You’ll be assigned to a portfolio company where your background is the best fit and execute structured outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified opportunities through structured outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, follow-ups).
- Identify decision-makers aligned with defined ideal customer profiles and build structured prospect lists.
- Run discovery conversations that assess fit, urgency, and buying readiness before handing off to closing teams.
- Book qualified, relevant meetings that convert and align with sales team expectations.
- Track activity, notes, and next steps consistently in CRM, maintaining clean pipeline hygiene.
- Adapt messaging quickly and confidently across different industries.
- Operate in a metrics-driven environment with clear outreach and meeting benchmarks.
