About the Role

AuditBoard is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and create qualified opportunities for our senior sales team. This remote role is central to fueling company growth by managing incoming leads and discovering new prospects.

What You'll Do

  • Function as the initial face of AuditBoard, bringing our solutions to market.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel company growth.
  • Discover and engage new leads through tools like Outreach, Qualified, Orum, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • Manage your lead pipeline, own your target numbers, and maintain opportunity hygiene.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in demand-generation campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly metrics for sales activities, opportunity generation, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is required.
  • 1+ years of prior inbound/outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment or experience working in the GRC industry or at a Big4 firm.
  • Demonstrated cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy, ever-changing environment.
  • A go-getter attitude and coachable nature.
  • Confidence using platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Orum, and Outreach (training provided).
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development personally and professionally.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and empathetic professional communication.
  • High organization and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Enjoyment of a collaboratively competitive and fun environment.
  • Strategic thinking.
