About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating high-quality leads through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building. This position plays a key role in the sales funnel by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and qualifying interest to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients using various sourcing methods
  • Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business needs
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with account executives to transition qualified leads
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Participate in training and performance review sessions
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market trends
  • Use sales tools and technology to streamline outreach efforts
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to established sales processes and best practices
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with consistent messaging
  • Support development of outreach content and templates
  • Track performance metrics and report on key indicators
  • Engage in team meetings and strategy discussions
