Remote Recruitment is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive new business for our UK-based IT recruitment agency. You will initiate proactive outreach to senior decision-makers across the UK tech sector to secure qualified meetings for our business development team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book qualified meetings with UK-based hiring managers, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
- Articulate our IT recruitment offering in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM and sales tools.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams to ensure alignment.
- Handle objections with confidence and persistently follow up with prospects.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly outreach and appointment targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Proven success in high-volume calling environments.
- Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Comfortable discussing technical or industry-specific concepts.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outbound sales tools.
- Energetic, coachable, resilient, and highly target-driven.
- Access to a laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection is essential.
