Hire Overseas is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Internal to drive our outbound sales efforts. You will lead the charge in connecting US companies with overseas professionals through our talent recruitment platform, handling sophisticated B2B sales cycles from prospecting to close.
What You'll Do
- Drive high-volume outbound sales calls and emails targeting US business owners and executives.
- Research and identify CEOs, founders, and key stakeholders looking to scale their teams with overseas talent.
- Master recruitment service offerings and articulate complex hiring solutions for various business needs.
- Utilize AI tools for script refinement and personalization to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct consultative selling with sophisticated objection handling and solution positioning for talent acquisition.
- Manage complex B2B sales cycles requiring understanding of hiring challenges and workforce solutions.
- Qualify prospects through strategic questioning about their scaling needs and schedule high-quality meetings.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to companies seeking to reduce costs and access global talent.
- Train and mentor junior team members showing leadership progression.
- Handle multiple client accounts and concurrent projects with advanced sales methodology.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sophisticated selling experience with complex B2B services.
- Near-native English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in outbound sales calls and email campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong background in consultative selling, not just order-taking or administrative tasks.
- Ability to quickly learn and master service offerings, requiring understanding of recruitment and HR solutions.
- Advanced selling skills, including objection handling, consultative questioning, and solution positioning.
- Strong background in BPO, call center, or VA industry with demonstrated sales progression.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working with US business owners and executives remotely in sophisticated sales roles.
- Must be available during US business hours for optimal client engagement.
