Requirements
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar.
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies.
- Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
- High level of self-motivation and time management.
- Experience across multiple industries or sales environments.
- Exposure to CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Experience mentoring or leading SDR teams.

- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Dialers and sales engagement tools.
