About the Role
The position involves leading technical design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and providing expert guidance across project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud applications for large-scale clients
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, or Supply Chain modules based on client needs
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery
- Develop technical documentation for system architecture, workflows, and customizations
- Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Configure integration points between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and go-live phases
- Provide expertise in security models, role structures, and access controls
- Lead technical workshops with client stakeholders and project teams
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Ensure compliance with technical best practices and standards
- Mentor junior consultants on technical delivery and Oracle Cloud tools
- Participate in Agile project delivery cycles and sprint planning
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance for custom development
- Support user acceptance testing and resolve defects efficiently
- Assist in pre-sales activities with technical solution scoping
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud platform updates and new features
- Optimize system performance and scalability for enterprise workloads
- Deliver post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
