About the Role

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I focused on the Midwest region. You will fuel our growth by expanding the top of the sales funnel through proactive outbound campaigns and generating qualified meetings for our Account Executives. At EvenUp, we are mission-driven to close the justice gap using technology and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through targeted cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification framework.
  • Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can solve their business problems.
  • Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies to capture them.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize content and first impressions for new customers.
  • Research target companies and add qualified prospects to our outbound list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ months of experience in a Sales Development role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Proven experience generating outbound leads.
  • Hands-on CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
