About the Role

We are hiring a German-speaking Sales Development Representative. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or those looking to change careers into a target-driven sales environment within the software and technology industry.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities.
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build strong pipelines by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outbound activity.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets.

  • Fluent German speaker (written and spoken).
  • Passion for new business sales and prospecting.
  • Hard-working, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and new business development.
  • A competitive, driven, and strong team player.
  • Tech-savvy, with an aptitude for learning CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
