Dodge Construction Network is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will identify and qualify new SaaS sales opportunities, acting as a key stepping stone toward a sales career within our organization.
What You'll Do
- Drive lead opportunities via a mix of inbound and outbound phone (50/50) and mass communications tools like email, social media, and Salesloft.
- Generate top-of-funnel pipeline growth through high-volume outbound/inbound prospecting via calls, texts, and emails.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales lead quotas, updating progress within Salesforce.
- Learn and apply solution-based selling using a consultative prospecting approach.
- Improve performance through continuous self-monitoring and by following standard operating procedures.
- Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily prospect demos and improving lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win ratios.

Nice to Have
- Proficiency in a CRM and desktop software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plus tech-savviness to learn new SaaS products.
- Some successful inside sales experience; experience within large SaaS organizations is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

You will report directly to the Manager, Sales Development on the New Business Sales team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 + UNCAPPED VARIABLE INCENTIVE.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in the Continental US.
