Responsibilities
- Complete an organized onboarding and training process, showing adaptability by quickly integrating new tools, communication strategies, coaching, and feedback into daily tasks while building core skills in cybersecurity and sales.
- Use first principles thinking to uncover customer pain points by asking insightful questions, questioning assumptions, and clearly explaining how proactive security measures, ethical hacking, and bug bounty initiatives help reduce organizational risk.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to implement coordinated, account-focused outreach plans, using data to prioritize prospects, assess outreach performance, and refine pipeline development strategies.
- Utilize modern sales platforms and adopt an AI-first approach to enhance prospect research, personalize outreach, and streamline follow-ups through tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-powered workflows.
- Establish trust with potential clients by maintaining professional, knowledgeable, and consistent communication with senior cybersecurity decision-makers via phone, email, and social media.
- Regularly achieve or surpass monthly targets for sales activities, qualified meetings set, and pipeline contribution, using performance data, coaching, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Compensation
Tier B: $55-60k base, plus commission
