About the Role

Front Row is looking for a Sales Development Representative – Ecommerce (f/m/d) to join our team. You'll be at the forefront of growing Catapult, our analytics software designed for Amazon optimization. Your mission is to proactively identify prospects, spark interest through targeted outreach, and book meetings with decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and research Amazon vendors and other high-potential prospects.
  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to spark interest through relevant, value-driven conversations.
  • Engage leads in initial calls, identify real pain points, and assess fit based on our criteria.
  • Book meetings with decision-makers and position Catapult as the go-to solution for their Amazon challenges.
  • Log progress in HubSpot and keep pipeline organized and transparent.
  • Constantly test and improve outreach – from messaging to channel strategies.
  • Stay sharp by keeping up with Amazon and e-commerce trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales – ideally in B2B outbound roles.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, and use them to stay structured and effective.
  • Genuinely passionate about sales and eager to continuously level up your skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and keep going when others stop.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator.
  • Enjoy collaboration, but take full ownership of your pipeline and success.
  • Ready to be performance-paid and excited by the idea of building financial independence through your results.
  • Fluent in both German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Background in SaaS, e‑commerce, or Amazon-related environments – or highly motivated to break into this space.
  • Sales certificate.
